Some customers are having trouble connecting the device to the Autel update server.
Show error as follows:
error message: Network busy (#1). Please try again later.
The reason why that happens is that the customer network environment can’t access Autel server, the DNS domain IP address is not allowing it to access autel server.
To fix this problem. You can do as follows:
Go to system settings:
Then do as follows:
- Long-press the connected network
- click modify network
3. Click “show advanced options” box then select “Static”
4. Change the IP address to 8:8:8:8 which is a google server by default.
5. Click “Save” to save the setting
After that, you will see the device connect to the Autel update server normally and you can download the update normally now.
